Becoming a hospital volunteer
Since 1996, Germans Trias has a volunteer programme in line with the idea of humanizing the patient's stay at the hospital and that of his or her family.
Adult volunteer programme
It provides room accompaniment to give the regular caretaker a rest. Also, it offers a mobile library service for patients to borrow books.
Child volunteer programme
It offers personalized care to the youngest patients and their families, and it aims to provide the necessary human support to be able to combine the period of hospital admission with taking care of other children or a job.
Collaborating organizations
All volunteering is carried out through collaboration agreements with nonprofit organizations.
