Recognized quality

Certified areas

ISO 9001 certification means the implementation of a quality management system in a specific area within an organization. Traditionally, the first areas to be certified have been the central services of hospitals, although at Germans Trias we also have clinical areas certified or in the process of ISO 9001 certification. In all these areas, there is a commitment to continuous improvement .

Accredited areas

Accreditation is a process used within a hospital or a specific area to determine its level of competence in relation to predefined standards of good practice (usually by scientific societies or competent bodies). and also its capacity for continuous improvement. It involves self-assessment by professionals and also external assessment by independent assessors. Accreditations are an important component in quality policies and contribute to the reduction of errors and, therefore, to clinical safety.
