Requesting proof of assistance or stay, visit or test
The Hospital can issue proof of attendance and/or stay for patients and their companions in the following cases and following the center's requirements.
General rules for requesting a receipt
The person requesting the receipt must identify themselves with their DNI/NIE/Passport.
It can be requested by the patient receiving the care or an authorized third party (duly accredited), by any means. We attach a model authorization for third parties.
The patient receipt can be requested retroactively and by any of the ways that we make available to you (online procedures website, in person).
The companion receipt can be requested exclusively in person and is not done retroactively.

Hospitalized patients
If you have been admitted, ask the secretary of the service that is attending to you, from Monday to Friday from 8.15 a.m. to 2.45 p.m.
You can also request it at the Central Admissions Unit from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
On public holidays and weekends, you can request it at the 24-hour Emergency Department.

- request for proof of surgical intervention

Patients treated with surgery without admission (Major Ambulatory Surgery)
In the event that we have operated on you without admission, you can request proof of surgical intervention online or consult the secretary of the Major Ambulatory Surgery Unit (CMA).
The receipts will be delivered to the secretary of the Major Ambulatory Surgery Unit.

Patients treated in the Emergency Department
If you have been treated in the center's Emergency Department, you can request the Emergency attendance certificate online or in person, at the General Emergency Admissions Unit, from Monday to Sunday 24 hours a day.
- Patients who have attended an Hospital visit or test performed
If you have attended a visit or had a test scheduled at the Hospital, you can request a receipt online, or in person at the secretariat or the nearest scheduling point where the visit or test was carried out.

Companions of hospitalized patients
You can contact the Central Admissions Unit from 8 am to 10 pm from Monday to Friday, located at the main entrance.
On holidays and weekends you can request it at the 24-hour Emergency Admissions.

Companions to patients treated with surgery without admission (Major Outpatient Surgery)
You can go to the secretary of the Outpatient Major Surgery Unit on the same day of surgery.

Companions of patients treated in the Emergency Department
You can contact the Emergency Admissions Unit while you are in the Emergency Department.
